Hong Kong Regulatory Events: what’s the impact?
Recently the Hong Kong Security and Futures Commission generated conclusions from its consultation on electronic trading. The panel will discuss the impact of the SFC conclusion as well as the impact to Hong Kong data consumers from new HKMA regulations. The panel will also identify elements of FATCA, Dodd-Frank EMIR and Solvency II and their impact on Hong Kong market data consumption.
